"The best part about doing business with the fine folks at Lori Hearn's State Farm office is the feeling of a local small town insurance agency with the foundation of a 100 year old national insurance company. I personally have 8 policies with them and they take great care of me. I'm on a first name basis with my agent and all i have to do is call and say "I did it again!.. yes another car.. no i didn't sell the others" 😂 The office itself is super nice and it has a historic/modern/minimalist look. It was recently renovated and it is pretty awesome. They have very competitive rates and great service! I have had a couple other insurance companies try to beat their prices and coverages in the past month and nobody has succeeded. If you're looking for insurance for your home, auto or rv swing by or call and give these nice folks a chance to earn your business. Tell them Tim sent you.✌️"

"Great Insurance agents. Very helpful. I’m probably the worst customer. I never answer my phone, never respond to messages and these agents were persistent in making sure I had coverage and was legal. They went above and beyond what any other agency would do to provide their services and I’m very thankful for the hard work. "Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I got rear ended on May 18th and I haven’t received a call yet. Every time I talk to someone they send me to someone different. I have left multiple voicemails with no call back."
